Joanna Lambros
Client Services Manager
Joanna Lambros serves as the Client Services Manager at Lambros Law Office, where she oversees the client experience from start to finish. From scheduling appointments and managing client communications to coordinating closely with the attorneys to prepare for meetings, Joanna plays a key role in ensuring that every client interaction is organized, efficient, and welcoming.
As one of the founding members of the firm, Joanna has been part of the team since day one, working closely with her husband, Attorney Nicholas A. Lambros, to help build and grow the practice. She also assists with overseeing the estate plan funding process alongside the firm’s Funding Specialist, helping ensure that each client’s plan is implemented smoothly and accurately.
Joanna serves as the first point of contact for many clients, handling intake, phone inquiries, and day-to-day communication. Her strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent client service make her an integral part of the Lambros Law Office team. In addition to her work with the firm, Joanna also leads her own company, New England Title Services LLC.
Joanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clark University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is grateful for the opportunity to work closely with her family and a dedicated team serving the community.
