Christopher P. Lambros

Christopher Lambros serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lambros Law Office, where he is responsible for ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly. He oversees the firm’s team of attorneys, legal staff, and administrative professionals, helping to maintain a highly organized, efficient, and client-focused environment.

Christopher leads the firm’s operational strategy, including workflow management, team coordination, and internal systems, while also overseeing marketing initiatives, community outreach, fundraising efforts, and educational seminars. He plays a key role in supporting the legal team through document coordination and review, helping ensure consistency and quality across the firm’s work.

While Christopher works primarily behind the scenes and does not meet with most clients directly, he is instrumental in delivering the smooth, responsive experience clients receive. His focus is on making sure every aspect of the firm operates at a high level so that clients are well cared for at every step.

Christopher is also passionate about building relationships within the professional community. He regularly connects with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to explore ways the firm can best support their clients through thoughtful and coordinated estate planning.

A unique part of Christopher’s story is his long-standing connection to the firm—he has been involved since he was first able to begin working and has grown within the organization over time, gaining a deep understanding of both its operations and its commitment to serving families.

Christopher is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Bryant University and will continue his education at Boston College, where he plans to pursue a master’s degree focused on leadership and business management.

Outside of the office, Christopher enjoys pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, golfing, and staying actively involved in his church community.
