ONGOING ACCESS AND COMMUNICATION TO TEAM MEMBERS

As a member of the care program, you will be receive reasonable access to our team members and you will receive a response by telephone or e-mail within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends). Our team members stand on-call for you to serve your needs. You will have an attorney help you make informed decisions regarding your ongoing estate planning needs, without being concerned about being billed by the minute or hour.

ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS UPDATED

Because life changes and laws change, documents should be reviewed on a regular basis and updated as needed. As part of your membership, we will make basic amendments to your estate plan documents at no charge once per year. In order to determine any need for updates to your plan, you are entitled to an annual meeting with our team to review your estate plan.

ASSET ALIGNMENT AND TRUST FUNDING

We provide ongoing assistance to make sure that all newly acquired assets are properly aligned with your trust. In addition to these ongoing services, we will have provide you with an annual report showing how title to your assets is being held. We will work directly with your financial advisors to make sure that your trusts are properly funded and your beneficiary designations are correct.

Furthermore, we will ensure that any of your updates to personal property instructions are maintained. 

CLIENT EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES

We host live and virtual workshops on estate planning and other topics with speakers from the business, financial, insurance, legal, medical, real estate, and tax professions. We encourage your family members and your trusted advisors to attend our events as well.

In addition, members of the Legacy Plan, will receive exclusive invitations to charitable events hosted by Lambros Law Office LLC. We also provide eNewsletters and blogs on important estate planning topics.

In the event of changes to relevant estate planning laws, you will be notified and we will work to bring your plan into compliance.
